Terms of Service for EarthBucks

Introduction

EarthBucks is a service by Ryan X. Charles LLC (“the company”). By accessing or using the EarthBucks service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of EarthBucks is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the service.

Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms at any time by updating this document on our website. Continued use of EarthBucks after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

EarthBucks is provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. EarthBucks shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Network Rules

If you submit a double-spend transaction, we may ban you from the service.

If you submit invalid proof-of-work (PoW), we may ban you from the service.

EBX Token

The token of EarthBucks is called EBX. There will never be more than 42 million EBX.

Do Not Trade at Prices Less Than 1.00 USD per EBX

The minimum price for bids, asks, and trades of EBX is 1.00 USD per EBX. Any bids, asks, or trades for less than this price are prohibited everywhere, on or off the service, such as on all apps, including those owned by the company or those owned by a third-party, all communication channels, including third-party chat apps such as Telegram and Discord, and all exchanges, including third-party exchanges such as cryptocurrency exchanges. Users who create bids, asks or trades of EBX at less than this value may be banned from the service.

Black markets where trades occur at less than 1.00 USD per EBX are prohibited. Users that create or participate in black markets may be banned from the service.

Bids, asks, and trades of EBX at a price equal to or greater than 1.00 USD per EBX are allowed.

No Guarantee of Price

Note that the company cannot guarantee you will be able to sell your EBX at a price of 1.00 USD per EBX or higher. The only thing we can do is block trades on our platforms at prices under that value. If you are unable to find a buyer at a price of 1.00 USD per EBX or higher, you may not be able to sell your EBX at all.

Nor can we gurantee that you will be able to buy EBX at a price of 1.00 USD. If you are unable to find a seller at a price of 1.00 USD per EBX, you may have to spend more than 1.00 USD per EBX, or perhaps you will not be able to buy EBX at all.

Spam, Harrassment, and Abuse

If you post spam, or harrass other users, or abuse the service, we may ban you from the service.

Losers and Haters

If you are a loser or a hater, we may ban you from the service, or flag your account with a special badge.

User Names

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals.
